* – Return shipping costs for items returned for a refund within 30 days are paid for by the customer. This includes all international orders. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs for any products returned to us outside of the 30 day return window. Products returned to us that are outside of the 30 day return window will be considered abandoned if the return shipping payment is not received within 30 days of us receiving the product.
* – Items returned to us after the 30 day window will not be refunded. We are not able to refund the shipping costs to return the product after the first 30 days.
* – Items with physical damage are not eligible for return or refund.
Refunds are issued within 48 hours from when the box was received through the same payment method that was used to purchase the original product.
Please remove any remote control Dongles, SD Cards and anything else that is plugged into your unit before shipping it back to us. We are not responsible for any lost items that are send back with returned units. Also, be sure to do a factory reset on your box to clear any personal data that may be stored on your unit.
